Are My Photos Good To Use?
Yes, they are most likely good to use. Although cameras' quality have been great these days, we still recommend to submit photos in good natural lighting and without hidden features (hair in the eye, etc.). Can I Get A Free Preview?
Yes, please click here to upload your photos, and get a rough idea of how your headshot will look in the portrait.Otherwise, our artists spend hours drawing each portrait and perfect each little details therein (skin tone, lighting exposure, oil painting effects, etc.), so it is impossible for us to provide an accurate preview before purchase. However, we offer 50% deposit structure: only pay the remaining 50% balance when you are absolutely in love with the draft design. -
I Have A Concept That Cannot Be Found In Your Collection. Do You Offer Custom Work For No Surcharge?
Yes, we are true artists, not businesspeople. We embrace creativity. Simply pay the listing applicable to the number of figures in your concept (1 figure, 2 figures, etc.) and we will charge NOTHING for our time creating the template from scratch for you.Yes, we add props for NO SURCHARGE as well (Halloween props, Christmas themes, Countries' Flags, etc.) -
How Long Does It Take To Create Your Portrait?
All orders generally take 1-3 days to be digitally created.Physical items take 3-6 days to be created. This can increase slightly during sales periods (for example, during November/December 2020, portraits are taking 7-14 days to produce. This is usually 1-2 days in non-sales periods).Production & Shipping Timeline Transit time estimates are shown below:- USA: 5-10 working days
- CA, AUS, UK: 5-12 working days
- Europe: 5-15 working days
- Rest of world: 10-20 working days
